    On-site estimate

    We walk the property with you, talk through goals and constraints, then follow up with an estimate.

    Design & selections

    Plans, finishes and details are settled before anything is built.

  4. 04

    Proposal

    A written proposal once the design and selections are defined. Fixed-price proposals are available at this point.
